How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within Sweden
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to Sweden at the moment. However, we will ship internationally soon. 
How does it work?
All shipments are sent through the Swedish postal service PostNord. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The parcel will be delivered directly to your home or your closest post office and you will be notified when you can pick it up.

How long will my order take?
Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for orders within Sweden. 
Is VAT included in the price?
All prices shows with 25% VAT included


How do I return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please use the return form that you received together with the package. After we receive the parcel we will make a refund and send you a confirmation email.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
Please send us an email at and we will replace the item for you.

I want to exchange, how do I do? 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I be refunded? 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
